3D Camera & Lighting - Sometimes students do what you ask. Richard Minor did and I was very happy. There's a funny problem we teachers face in these projects - they aren't our projects to lead in a creative sense. I often tell my students to follow their vision. My suggestions have value and must be considered, but if they feel they have a better idea they should run with it. My job is work with them to create goals for their projects that meet the academic requirements of the course. I don't dictate the outcome, but I do demand they live up to the goals we set.
