The Diagrammatic Space Project is a study in three dimensional data visualization. It seeks to break new ground by utilizing the affordances of virtual space, affordances that include the user's ability to freely explore and interpret their surroundings, the overwhelming ability of virtual space to hold information and the unique sense of immersion that three dimensional space provides.

There are three components to this project:
1) A brief review of past data visualization strategies
2) The diagrammatic space paradigm
3) The content used in the prototype
